History and legend.

 

For those of you who know, needs no introduction, for those of you who dont, the Z50 (carry out search on Sony XES Z50) is considered one of the finest head units ever made to date, and is seen as a piece of engineering excellence, when launched carried a price tag of £12,000 for the full system (amps, speakers, source), the source units on there own £7,500.

 

What do you get.

1 x Z50 Brain

(removable face plate made from a block of 2" thick brushed aluminium, with a glass screen, full 4096 hi-res colour display and fully motorised face plate)

 

1 x Z50 XES 10 Disc Changer

(a true work of art, solid magnessium 10 disc changer, consiting of dual K Grade Burr Brown 24bit Dacs per channel)

 

1 X Z50 slave unit

(secondary docking port, allows for the face to be plugged in a 2nd location in the car, u may have it located in the boot so it can be shown off at events, have the face playing in the boot, nice touch)

 

1 x Z50 master remote

(contorles all functions of the source)

 

1 x Z50 rotary commander

(Aluminium rotary commander can be loacted anywhere in teh car, and operated as you would say operate your indicator arm)
