Top Gear Magazine photo shoot at Arctic Raceway

Dear Forum guys,

 

Sorry about my very poor Norwegian, firstly. I don't know a single word except 'Frostvaeske', which I just read above this box and I don't know what it means. I wish I spoke Norwegian - however, for this, I am relying on you to be speaking English. I am sorry for this.

 

We at BBC Top Gear Magazine (http://www.topgear.com) would like to bring a bunch of fast cars to the Arctic Circle Raceway for a photo shoot. We're not sure exactly what cars they will be yet (possibly new M5 Touring and some rivals) but I wanted to get some more information about the track.

 

First. Is it open at the moment, or only in summer? Also, do you have an email address for the track and does the administrator speak English?

 

I like the look of this forum even though I don't speak the language - I will let you know dates when this will happen, but I can guarantee the cars will be interesting.

 

Maybe you've seen the Top Gear show on the TV? We are the magazine version of that programme.

 

Thanks very much for reading - I would welcome any replies on this matter. The track looks amazing and we'd like to do some hot laps of it.

Don't know if the administrator on ACR speaks english, but if you have heard Petter Solberg, you have heard em' all :D

If I was the admin. at ACR, I would prefer/perfer(whatever) a written email insted of a phonecall, since I always fuck it up, excuse my french, when I talk english on the phone :D

Hello :) Arctic Circle Raceway is an awesome track! Its by far the best racing track in Norway! Awesome friction and very smooth. Its a pretty fast track compared to Rudskogen and Våler for example.
