GT:20™ is a precision hand poured paste wax. The mixture and emulsification process requires over 20 hours of blending at a precise controlled temperature to assure a micro fine emulsion paste. The complete process of production takes 9 days from start to finish. To ensure no separation and proper emulsification the final wax emulsion is poured at a precise temperature into the heat resistant tins. The poured emulsion is then cooled at ideal room temperature in an air tight environment to limit precipitation and to ensure that no contamination or airborne materials come in contact with the paste. After 24 hrs of cooling each product is tested, against any kind of separation or imperfection. The approved product is placed into our cold chamber binding cooler to harden the emulsion and prepare the product to be sealed and packaged for car enthusiast, pro shops and car guys everywhere to enjoy.

 

*White Ivory Carnauba wax is the highest quality and hardest natural wax found on the planet and the most expensive. This is why 98% of all other waxes use the much less expensive lower grades of Yellow Carnauba which does not provide near the shine, protection or performance found in the GT:20™ formula.
