JornV Skrevet November 12, 2009 Rapporter Share Skrevet November 12, 2009 Hey guys, I'm new here! I'm not originally from Norway, but from Holland, that's why I'm writing in English. I can talk and understand some norsk, but I can't write it yet. The reason I'm posting here is because I am about to buy a veteranbil, but it is gonna need welding (sveising?) to pass eu-kontroll. I was wondering if anybody could help me find a good place to get that done close to Oslo, and how much it would cost. If its gonna cost to much I cant afford the car. The place it needs welding is under the doors, I dont know what it is called in norsk, but its a place that very often gets rusty. On one side it has a hole near at the rear wheel, but mostly its not completely gone yet. I estimate about 15-20%, one both sides. I hope somebody can help me :) Thnx! pyrox Skrevet Januar 22, 2010 Rapporter Share Skrevet Januar 22, 2010 Smoking shame nobody's bothered to answer your question. I'm not familiar with any plate/Wweld shops around Oslo as I live on the west coast. SURELY someone can point this gent in the right direction?? Welkom in Noorwegen, en veel succes met het project. HaaJeHaa Skrevet Januar 23, 2010 Rapporter Share Skrevet Januar 23, 2010 Take some photgraphs, it would make the calculation of costs a lot easier! Maybe try the "Annet bilrelatert" part of the forum as the "Lakk og karosseri" isn't that much visited.
