Har endelig fått vagcom til å funke på min A4 avant 1,9 TDI 1997mod, her fikk jeg opp denne feilmeldingen:

• Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) active

Possible Causes

• Wiring/Connectors from/to Side Airbag Igniter, Front Driver Side (N199) faulty
• Side Airbag Igniter, Front Driver Side (N199) faulty

Possible Solutions

• Check Wiring/Connectors from/to Side Airbag Igniter, Front Driver Side (N199)
• Check Side Airbag Igniter, Front Driver Side (N199) faulty
  • Check Measuring Value Blocks (MVB)

Special Notes

• When found in the NAR '05 -> '07 Jetta, Rabbit, Eos and Passat, Please See TSB 69-08-02 / 2011271.
• When "Short to positive" or "Short to ground" is found, DO NOT CLEAR THE DTC. This can cause the airbag to deploy. See repair manual for more information.

 

 

 

Internal Control Module Memory Error Internal Control Module Memory Error Possible Causes

• Wiring from/to Control Module faulty
  • Voltage Supply and/or Ground Supply faulty
• Control Module faulty
  • Control Module Housing leaky

Possible Solutions

• Check/Clean Wiring from/to Control Module
  • Check Voltage Supply and Ground Supply including the Main Supply/Connections at the Battery
• Replace Control Module

Special Notes

• This fault is NOT to be ignored when found in a major and/or critical system (Airbag, ABS etc.). If you try to clear this fault, VCDS may tell you that there is an unexpected result or that the controller refused the command. This is normal since this specific fault can generally not be cleared.
• When stored in other unimportant systems (Radio etc.) the general suggestion is to ignore it unless you notice functional limitations. Within the warranty period dealers are usually required to replace such control modules, but there have been a couple of cases with similar codes where these are getting ignored due to flaws in the control module software. If in doubt please refer to technical bulletins and similar documents provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
• When found in Audi Airbag Generation 6 & 7 (see Audi TPI 1308401):
  • A Problem with the Acceleration Sensor may result in the Airbag Control Module storing this Fault Code. Replace the Airbag Control Module and both Acceleration Sensors.
• When found in Audi Airbag Generation 8:
  • Due to low Voltage the Control Module does not complete it's Self Test successfully. Replace Airbag Control Module and install a low Voltage Protection Relay to ensure future mishaps won't cause this again. UPDATE The Protection Relay may not be available anymore, though the Parts Catalog lists updated Control Modules now.
• When found in certain older TDI Engine Control Modules (ECM) which have a vacuum line going to them:
  • Check/Repair the Vacuum Line before and inside the ECM.

 

 

 

00532 - Supply Voltage B+ 00532 - Supply Voltage B+: Signal too Low Possible Causes

• Wiring/Connectors from/to Control Module faulty
• Power Supply (Battery/Generator) faulty

Possible Solutions

• Check/Repair Wiring/Connectors from/to Control Module
• Check Power Supply (Battery/Generator)

Special Notes

• When found in an individual control module, it's most likely a local source (e.g. wiring/connectors).
• When found in multiple control modules at the same time, it's most likely a common source (e.g. ground spot, battery, generator).
• Intermittent codes are often stored during low outside temperature when the battery capacity goes down and may be ignored.
• Common with 16946/P0562/001378 - System Voltage: Too Low stored in other control modules.

Første feil er trolig brudd eller dårlig kontakt til airbag under setet.

 

De to andre feilene kan være tilfeldig feil p.g.a. dårlig spenning. Se om de kommer igjen om du sletter feilkoder.

Ligger det en airbag under setet? og hvor finner jeg Control module? har akkurat skiftet batteri, men kan kanskje vær irr på kontakter osv
