Problemer med feilkoder.  Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD

Rød diseldyse lyser.

Jeg har hatt bilen min på RSA for å finne ut av feil med bilen,  de har laget en diagnose uten at jeg ble noe klokere.  (ikke RSA heller) Kanskje noen her vet hva det er?

P0500 - Signal for kørehastighet

P0202 - Indspr.Ventil cyl.2

*P0148 - Deaktivering av 3. stempel

*P1612 - Rele f. oppvarming av brennstoffilter

*P0380 - Rele for plate, termostarter eller ECU for forvarming

*P0382 - Rele for termostarterens magnetventil

P0500
What does this mean?OBD Code P0500refers to

Basically this means that the vehicle's speed as read by the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is not working properly.

SymptomsPossible sumptoms of OBD code P0500

loss of anti-lock brakes the "anti-lock" or "brake" warning lamps on the dash may be lit the speedometer or odometer may not work properly (or at all) your vehicle's RPM limiter may be decreased the shifting of an automatic transmission may become erratic other symptoms may also be present

CausesPossible causes of OBD code P0500

A code P0500 may mean that one or more of the following has happened: The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is not reading (functioning) properly There is a broken/frayed wire leading to the vehicle speed sensor The vehicle's PCM is not correctly configured for the actual tire size on the vehicle

Possible SolutionsThe simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back. Next, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the speed sensor. The location of the sensor depends on your vehicle. The sensor could be on the rear axle, transmission, or perhaps the wheel hub (brake) assembly. If the wiring and connectors are OK, then check the voltage at the speed sensor. Again, the exact procedure wil depend on your make and model of vehicle. If everything looks OK, replace the sensor.

P0202

Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 2
What does this mean?OBD Code P0202refers to

P0202 means that the PCM detected a fault in the injector or the wiring to the injector. It monitors the injector and when the injector is activated, the PCM expects to see the voltage pulled "low" or close to zero. When the injector is switched off, the PCM expects to see a voltage that is close to battery voltage or "high". If it doesn't see the expected voltage the PCM will set this code. The PCM also monitors resitance in the circuit. If the resistance is excessively low or high it will set this code.

SymptomsPossible sumptoms of OBD code P0202

The symptoms for this code will likely be a misfire and a rough running engine. Poor acceleration. The MIL will also be illuminated.

CausesPossible causes of OBD code P0202

The causes of a P0202 engine light code could be any of the following: Bad injector. This is usually the cause of this code but doesn't rule out the possibility of one of the other causes Open in the wiring to the injector Short in the wiring to the injector Bad PCM

Possible SolutionsFirst, using a DVOM check the resistance of the injector. If it isn't within specs, then replace the injector. Check for voltage at the fuel injector connector. It should have 10 volts or more. Visually check the connector for damage or broken wires. Visually check the injector for damage. If you have access to an injector tester, activate the injector and see if it operates. If the injector operates, then you likely have either an open in the wiring, or a blocked injector. If you do not have access to a tester, swap the injector with another one and see if the code changes. If the code changes, then change the injector. At the PCM, remove the driver wire from the PCM connector and Ground the wire. (Make sure you have the correct wire. If you're not sure, do not attempt) The injector should activate Replace the injector First, using a DVOM check the resistance of the injector. If it isn't within specs, then replace the injector. P0148

Fuel Delivery Error What does this mean?OBD Code P0148refers to

The fuel delivery to the engine is too low under high acceleration.

SymptomsPossible sumptoms of OBD code P0148

- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)

CausesPossible causes of OBD code P0148

- Severely restricted fuel filter. - Severely restricted fuel supply line. The Error code is generally activated on detection of the following conditions: The powertrain control module has recognized one bank of the engine is running lean during a heavy acceleration.

P0380
Glow Plug/Heater Circuit "A"
What does this mean?OBD Code P0380refers to

The optical sensor provides a high resolution signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) by counting pulses on the sensor disk located in the injection pump. The high resolution is one of the most important inputs by the PCM for fuel control and timing. This test monitors the number of high resolution pulses which have been missed (not detected). It's based on a comparison between the number of pulses that were detected since the last pump cam pulse and the number of the pulses that should have occurred. There are approximately 64 high resolution pulses for every cam pulse.

SymptomsPossible sumptoms of OBD code P0380

- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)

CausesPossible causes of OBD code P0380

- Open or short in the optical sensor circuit - Optical sensor connector - Damaged optical sensor - Damaged PCM or ECM The Error code is generally activated on detection of the following conditions: Some high resolution pulses are missing from the optical sensor to the PCM

Possible Solutions- If damage, repair optical sensor circuit - Replaced optical sensor - Replaced PCM or ECM

P0481
Fan 2 Control Circuit
What does this mean?OBD Code P0481refers to

The electric cooling fan is controlled by the powertrain control module (PCM) through the cooling fan relay based on inputs from the following components: - The engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor - The intake air temperature (IAT) sensor - The A/C selector switch - The A/C refrigerant pressure sensor - The vehicle speed sensor (VSS) The PCM controls the cooling fan by grounding the cooling fan control circuit which turns ON the cooling fan relay. The cooling fan relay will be commanded ON when the following conditions are met: - The engine coolant temperature reaches 106°C (223°F) or more. - The A/C clutch requested. - The vehicle speed is less than 38 MPH. The cooling fan relay will be commanded ON regardless of vehicle speed when the following conditions are met: - The engine coolant temperature is 151°C (304°F) or more. - The A/C refrigerant pressure is high. The cooling fan may be commanded ON when the engine is not running under a fan run-on conditions described in the electric cooling fan general description portion of the service manual.

SymptomsPossible sumptoms of OBD code P0481

- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light) - Engine overheating

CausesPossible causes of OBD code P0481
